Terms & Conditions

Effective Date

August 28, 2026

Scope and Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the RAYLINK website and purchases submitted through this store. Visiting the site or placing an order means the user accepts these terms together with the policies referenced here. A purchaser must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where the purchaser lives, and must be legally able to enter the transaction.

Products and Services

Every product remains subject to availability. We take reasonable care with descriptions, measurements, materials, finishes, features, and photography, although display settings and natural materials can produce visible differences. Before ordering, customers should check the product details, dimensions, installation requirements, compatibility, and selected options. We may correct an evident description or availability mistake before accepting an order.

Prices, Taxes, and Shipping Charges

The store or checkout identifies the currency used for product prices. Applicable taxes, shipping, discounts, and other charges are calculated and shown before submission. Unless checkout expressly includes them, the recipient is responsible for destination duties, brokerage fees, or similar import costs.

Accepted Payment Methods

The payment choices offered in the active checkout session are the methods RAYLINK currently accepts for that order. They may include major credit or debit cards and supported digital payment services. A method's availability can depend on the cart, billing information, destination, currency, and the provider's eligibility review.

Payment Timing and Billing

Submitting an order may allow the payment provider to authorize the total and capture it immediately or when processing starts, depending on the method displayed at checkout. Customers authorize the final amount and must provide correct billing details. If payment was captured for an order we later reject or cancel, the applicable amount is returned to the original method.

Ordering Process

To submit an order, choose the product and available options, add them to the cart, enter accurate billing and delivery details, select an offered shipping and payment method, check the items and complete total, accept the applicable terms, and place the order. Entered information can be reviewed and corrected before submission.

Order Acceptance

An Order Confirmation means that RAYLINK received the request; it does not by itself confirm acceptance. Unless applicable law requires a different point, the sales contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, an obvious price or description mistake, unsuccessful payment authorization, suspected fraud or misuse, delivery limitations, quantity restrictions, or a legal requirement. Any captured amount for a declined order will be refunded.

Customer Cancellations

Ask to cancel through a verified Contact Us channel before the order moves into packing, customization, or shipment. We will make a reasonable effort to stop fulfillment, but cannot guarantee cancellation after work has begun. Once fulfillment is underway, the Returns & Refunds Policy governs the next steps. Nothing here narrows a cancellation right that applicable law makes mandatory.

Complaints and Warranty Rights

For a concern about a product or service, contact Customer Care with the order number, a clear description, and relevant photographs. We will review the issue and provide a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy when the published policy or applicable consumer law requires it. This process does not reduce a legal right that cannot be waived.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for accurate, current information, secure account credentials, lawful site use, legitimate transactions, and compliance with quantity or resale limits. Do not disrupt the website, introduce harmful code, gather or reproduce content at scale without permission, impersonate someone else, or seek access to systems or data without authorization.

Intellectual Property

Text, photographs, artwork, logos, page design, software, and other material on this website are owned by RAYLINK or used under license and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to browse and shop for personal purposes. Except where the law permits, site content may not be copied, changed, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.

Liability and Events Beyond Control

These terms do not exclude a liability or consumer protection that the law does not allow us to exclude. To the fullest lawful extent, RAYLINK is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, and total responsibility connected with an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to limit the effect and provide any remedy required by law.

Dispute Resolution

Please contact Customer Care first and give us an opportunity to address the concern. If the matter remains unresolved, either party may use an available court or small-claims process that has jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections and the right to complain to an appropriate regulator remain available. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive a right that cannot legally be waived.

Data Protection

Our current Privacy Policy describes the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information. The Cookie Policy explains cookies and related storage technologies. Both documents form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Changes to These Terms

RAYLINK may revise these Terms & Conditions for operational, service, or legal developments. We will place the new effective date on this page and give additional notice when required. Unless the law calls for another result, the version in force when an order was submitted continues to apply to that order.
